These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vipph88 ("vipph88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vipph88 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the vipph88 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

vipph88 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. To register and use the vipph88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of vipph88 or any affiliated company.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by vipph88 or any relevant Philippine gaming authority.

vipph88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To access real-money gaming features on vipph88, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active vipph88 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vipph88 will close the duplicate account(s), void any bonuses claimed, and may withhold associated winnings pending an investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming requirements, vipph88 may conduct identity verification checks at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process and to provide the documents requested, which may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipph88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your vipph88 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility, unless you have notified vipph88 in writing of unauthorised access prior to the relevant activity occurring.

4.1 Password Requirements

vipph88 requires all account passwords to meet minimum security standards. You are strongly encouraged to use a unique password not used on any other platform, to enable two-factor authentication where available, and to change your password periodically. vipph88 will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.

All financial transactions on the vipph88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vipph88 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Additional limits may apply to specific payment methods or accounts pending KYC verification.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly and credited to your vipph88 account in real time. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within one to three banking hours. vipph88 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

vipph88 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, including public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three banking hours during standard business hours. vipph88 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipph88 account.
• A minimum wagering requirement applies to deposited funds before withdrawal may be requested, as specified in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• vipph88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including large or unusual transactions.
• Funds originating from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they become withdrawable.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified vipph88 account.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, which must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unmet wagering requirement at the point of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• vipph88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

vipph88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, and any other activity that vipph88 reasonably considers to be an abuse of its promotions system. Where bonus abuse is identified, vipph88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipph88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts using false identities, or manipulating chargebacks.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any activity that facilitates or conceals illegal financial transactions.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform in violation of any applicable law, including from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipph88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from vipph88.

All content on the vipph88 Platform, including but not limited to the vipph88 name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of vipph88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content; (b) use vipph88 trademarks, logos, or branding without express written consent; (c) scrape, crawl, or index the Platform by automated means; or (d) reverse-engineer any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of vipph88 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine and applicable international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipph88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures attributable to third-party infrastructure.

vipph88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. vipph88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions and to notify players of planned downtime where possible.

9.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, vipph88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance. The voiding of a round due to a technical error does not entitle the player to any winnings that may have been displayed prior to the malfunction being identified. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

9.2 Maximum Liability

Where vipph88 is found liable to you under any cause of action arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform, vipph88's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph88 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. vipph88 provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings, accessible at any time without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy below.

11.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. vipph88 will notify you by email at least 30 days before applying a dormancy status. A monthly dormant account administration fee of ₱50 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, to cover account maintenance costs. The account will not be closed, and you may reactivate it at any time by logging in.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and vipph88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
